CARS
Athame, Art, Earth and Bianko are my first creations, they are basically the same car but with a different look. Each car is tailor made bespoke to you, synchronised and symbolic.
So far i have the running road prototype Atheme, the refined mk2 80% built production Earth car and additional body sets that are the ART and Bianko look, there is also another chassis on the chassis jig ready to go if anyone wants one!
The vehicle is available in many formats, V12 to V8 engine options, full aero kit or stream line, your choice>>>>>> the vehicle is about function over form, im no felt tip fairy ego stylist by any means, the body is just functional, robust and aero driven.
This car i hope is about being driven hard by the everyday man and not giving a crap about a scratch here or there, the reason the bodys have many vinal patterns applied is so that any repair (race scars) can be easily fixed, call them plasters if you will. Nothing i hate more than a car polished up like a princess nail expecting to be driven fast round the county road!! anyway, these are the quality's of being RAW......who's in??
The car is a clean sheet design, it is not based on anything. Everything from the geometry, uprights, chassis, wheels, air cooled axles single lock wheel nuts is all new design.

RACE / ROAD OPTIONS
While the race specification vehicle is still road legal the option is available to have a cost down/simplified vehicle. The road spec vehicle has cast wheels, non floating brake discs, non air cooled axles and deep grove sealed wheel bearings.

In House The chassis/ composite body/ plastic glazing/ wishbones/ wings/ uprights and v12 engine are all manufactured in house. Only final machining of axles, brake bells, flywheel and uprights are out sourced. Bobbins, inserts, studs are worked on in house lath and mill. Chassis tubes are cut from CAD (computer aided design) profiles. All tubes/pipes for chassis, cooling, engine, roll bars are bent in house.
A brief introduction...
like many i had always wanted to design my own car, as a young 26 year old designer i set about this exact task. I wanted a V12 road race car that all 6ft 4 in of me would easily fit into. From initial sketch to CAD design to having a rolling chassis took me 3 years of evenings, weekends and the odd holiday. I stopped occasionally for a year or so to do other things but by the time i was 30 the car was on the ground with a body on.
The project has been a mix of part time and full time work, i really enjoy problem solving designing and making stuff! a car is a nice sizable challenge to get into.
The project was completed by me, all chassis, suspension, drive, aerodynamics, CAD (computer aided design) kinematic/dynamic analysis, web site, videos you name it total jack of all trades! Not the best, just my best efforts😁
Fine machining of axles and drive shafts are out sourced, the chassis, wishbones and all tooling were again completed by me, so to the complete body and aerodynamic parts. The hand built body buck and mould was more a test of my mental strength than hand.
The vehicle was designed in CAD, every part of the vehicle has a part number and issue level and full 3D model with engineering drawing from this there is a BOM (bill of materials) listing the price and source of every part.
